1. Who we are
BLZZR LLC (“BLZZR”, “we”, “us”) is a technology company providing software development and professional education services. We are also developing an internal research and decision-intelligence tool.

2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to blzzr.com and to the BLZZR application — the internal research and decision-intelligence application operated by BLZZR LLC, shown as “BLZZR” on the Google consent screen — together with its current Google Ads API integration. The application is used by authorized BLZZR personnel for internal research and planning. It is not currently offered as a public or customer-facing application.
If we make the integration available to external users, introduce new data uses, or materially change how information is handled, we will update this policy before those changes take effect.
3. Information collected on our website
Technical request data
When you access the website, our hosting provider may process standard server-log information such as your IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser or device information, referring page and response status. We use this information to deliver the site, maintain security, diagnose errors and prevent misuse.
Messages you send
If you contact us by email, we process your email address, the contents of your message and related correspondence to respond to your request and maintain appropriate business records.
Fonts and cookies
The website currently loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser may therefore send technical request data, including your IP address and browser information, to Google. BLZZR does not currently use advertising cookies, behavioral advertising pixels or website analytics on this site.
4. Google Ads data we access
BLZZR requests the Google Ads authorization scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords. Access occurs only after an authorized Google account grants permission. Depending on the connected account and the research request, we may access:
- authorized Google Ads customer and resource identifiers;
- keyword ideas and related keyword-planning results;
- historical search-volume metrics and trends;
- competition indicators and cost-per-click estimates; and
- Search campaign planning forecasts.
What we do not access or do: The current integration does not create or modify live campaigns, manage third-party advertising accounts, use Customer Match, upload audience or contact lists, or send app conversions, offline conversions or remarketing events.
5. How we use Google Ads data
We use authorized Google Ads data only for internal keyword planning that helps BLZZR evaluate and plan its own potential Search campaigns. This includes identifying relevant search themes, reviewing historical and forecast metrics, and considering possible campaign structures. Broader opportunity analysis relies on other evidence; Google Ads data is not used as standalone proof of market size, revenue or business viability.
We do not use Google Ads user data for targeted advertising, retargeting, credit or eligibility decisions, or to train generalized or non-personalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
6. Storage, retention and deletion
BLZZR follows data-minimization principles and retains information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, security, auditing and legal obligations.
- OAuth credentials: Access tokens are short-lived. If a refresh token is stored for an active internal integration, it must be encrypted, access-restricted and removed no later than 30 days after the connection is revoked, disconnected or no longer required.
- Raw Google Ads API responses: Raw responses used for keyword research are retained for no longer than 12 months, unless a shorter period is sufficient or longer retention is legally required.
- Derived research records: Aggregated or derived planning records may be retained for up to 24 months for comparison, provenance and audit purposes. Records are then deleted or anonymized so that they are no longer linked to an authorized Google account.
- Website logs: Routine server logs are generally retained for no longer than 90 days, unless needed to investigate a security incident or comply with law.
- Backups: Deleted information may remain in encrypted, access-controlled backups for up to 30 additional days before routine expiration.
You may request deletion of Google-derived data associated with your authorization by emailing api@blzzr.com. After verifying the request, we will delete the applicable data from active systems within 30 days, unless retention is required by law. You can also revoke BLZZR’s access at any time through your Google Account security settings.
8. Security measures
We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. These include encrypted transport, encrypted storage for persistent credentials, restricted access based on operational need, separation of secrets from source code, access and error logging, dependency and credential review, and revocation or rotation of credentials when access is no longer required or a risk is identified.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If we identify an incident affecting protected information, we will investigate, contain and notify affected parties or authorities when required by law.
9. Your choices and rights
You can choose not to authorize the Google Ads integration and may revoke an existing authorization at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of personal information, and to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority.
To exercise a right or ask a question, email api@blzzr.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the relevant account before fulfilling a request.
10. International processing
BLZZR LLC is a United States company and its authorized personnel may operate from different countries. Our service providers may also process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and apply the protections described in this policy regardless of processing location.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, data practices or legal requirements. We will publish the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate additional notice when required.
